Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Esser Financial. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Esser Financial LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as "Esser Financial" ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Esser Financial, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
2. Description of Service
Esser Financial provides AI-powered financial information and research tools. Our service enables users to ask questions and receive AI-generated responses on financial topics (including investing, personal finance, markets, and wealth management concepts), and includes research and idea-generation features that may surface, screen, or discuss specific securities — including tools that highlight higher-risk or speculative opportunities, display information derived from public regulatory filings (such as insider-transaction data from SEC filings), and optionally import your holdings from a connected brokerage. All such features are informational and educational only; see Sections 3 and 7 for the important limitations that apply to every part of the Service.

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SECTION OF THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
Esser Financial is an AI-powered information tool, not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. Nothing provided by Esser Financial constitutes:
- Financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
- A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or investment product
- A solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument
- An endorsement of any particular investment strategy
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or not applicable to your individual circumstances. Financial markets are complex and unpredictable. Past performance discussed in any response is not indicative of future results.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY FINANCIAL DECISION YOU MAKE IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT RELY ON ESSER FINANCIAL LLC AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR ADVICE FROM A QUALIFIED, LICENSED FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONSULT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, OR OTHER QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL BEFORE MAKING ANY FINANCIAL DECISION.
4. Accounts and Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
5. Subscription Plans and Payment
5.1 Free Tier
We may offer a free tier with limited access to the service. Features and usage limits of the free tier are subject to change at our discretion.
5.2 Paid Tiers
Paid subscription plans provide expanded access and features. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
- Fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
5.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund for new paid subscriptions if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests should be submitted to alex.esser1115@gmail.com.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Esser Financial to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to manipulate AI outputs for purposes of market manipulation or fraud
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our service in bulk
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users or third parties
- Use the service for any illegal financial activity including money laundering or securities fraud
7. AI-Generated Content — Limitations and Accuracy
Esser Financial uses large language models to generate responses. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated responses may contain errors, hallucinations, or factually incorrect information
- AI models have knowledge cutoff dates and may not reflect current market conditions or regulations
- The same query may produce different responses at different times
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content
- You use AI-generated content at your own risk
7.1 Research Tools, Stock Ideas, and Speculative Content
Certain features of the Service surface, screen, rank, or discuss specific securities — for example, generating a shortlist of stocks or ETFs in response to your request, highlighting "themes," or displaying information derived from public regulatory filings (such as insider-transaction data). You acknowledge and agree that:
- The appearance, ranking, or discussion of any specific security is not a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold that security, and does not mean the security is suitable for you. It is educational information for your own independent research.
- Any reference to potential gains, price targets, "upside," multiples, or the possibility that an investment could increase in value is a hypothetical illustration or scenario, not a prediction, promise, or guarantee. Actual results may differ materially, and you may lose money.
- Some features are expressly designed to identify higher-risk, aggressive, or speculative opportunities. Speculative investments carry a high risk of substantial or total loss, may be volatile or illiquid, and are suitable only for money you can afford to lose entirely. Any position sizing, allocation, or risk framing suggested by the Service is illustrative only.
- Information derived from third-party or public sources (including SEC filings, market data, and brokerage imports) may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or misinterpreted, and is provided without warranty. It is not a signal to act and should be independently verified.
- All limitations in Section 3 (Not Financial Advice) and Section 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties) apply in full to these features.
7.2 Brokerage Account Connection (Optional Feature)
Premium subscribers may optionally connect a brokerage account to import their investment holdings, powered by SnapTrade (Wealthica Financial Technology Inc.), a third-party account-aggregation service. By using this feature you acknowledge and agree that:
- The connection is strictly read-only — Esser Financial cannot place trades, move money, or modify anything in your brokerage account, and you should not expect it to
- You authenticate directly with your brokerage through SnapTrade; your brokerage credentials are never transmitted to or stored by Esser Financial, and your use of SnapTrade is subject to SnapTrade's own terms
- Imported holdings data (positions, quantities, cost basis, prices) is provided by your brokerage via SnapTrade and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; we do not verify it and are not responsible for errors in imported data
- The feature depends on third-party services we do not control and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time
- You are responsible for reviewing imported data for accuracy before relying on it in any analysis
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Content
Esser Financial and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the queries and content you submit. By submitting content to our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
IN NO EVENT SHALL ESSER FINANCIAL LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY FINANCIAL LOSS RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT PROVIDED BY OUR SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED INFORMATION.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Esser Financial and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any financial loss you sustain and claim is attributable to use of our service.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections 3, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Cook County, Illinois. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our site at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Esser Financial regarding the service
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent
